Today's vibe

Thu, Jun 11

Quiet Engine

Spark was there even with worry humming in the background. Sleep held you up more than you noticed — first steady night in about a week.

Why

Sleep looked strong today

Some worry was present, not overwhelming

Motivation and connection were strong signals

✦ Tiny move

Write the loudest worry as one sentence, then one next step under it. Two lines, done.

I'll try itNot today

How often did today feel heavy or low?

In the app, that's every day — and it's about you

Sleep, worry, spark, connection, and how heavy the day felt. Thirty seconds, emoji answers, done.

Your Vibe Drop lands

Your day, named and read — plus one tiny move you can actually do in 10 minutes.

📈

Patterns surface

Bad sleep → heavy Thursdays. VibeCheck connects dots you can't see from inside a single day.

Vibe Capsule

💌

From you, 3 weeks ago — on a lighter day.

“You got through finals week on four hours of sleep. Whatever today is — you've handled worse, and it passed.”

Keep it for a harder day

Vibe Capsule

Good days leave evidence. Hard days get to open it.

On a lighter day, you seal a note or a 15-second voice memo. It waits. On a heavy day, your own voice is what meets you there.

Proof that things can feel lighter — from the only person you can't argue with: you.

Emotional Replay

Your week, told back to you like a story

Check-ins become chapters. VibeCheck weaves them into a swipeable story — the dip, the plot twist, the comeback you didn't notice while you were living it.

You can't see a bounce-back from inside a Tuesday. The recap is yours to share, or not.

Your week, replayed

The Comeback Arc

Tuesday dipped hard — low spark, short sleep. By Friday the thread flipped: connected, rested, steady. That's your third bounce-back this month.

Duet

Pair with one friend. They see your vibe title and share line — never the answers behind them. Same streak, separate diaries.

📈

Patterns + Apple Health

Connect sleep and heart data if you want. VibeCheck links what your body did to how your day felt — and tells you in plain words.

🧭

Future You

Set the version of yourself you're steering toward. Every tiny move quietly points the same direction.

Why you can trust it

Your feelings aren't content

An app you tell the truth to has to earn it. Here's the deal, in plain language.

Raw answers stay yours

Check-in answers never leave your account. In Duet, a friend sees only the vibe title and share line you'd post anyway.

No ads. No data sales. No engagement traps.

No infinite feed, no guilt-trip streaks, no notifications designed to stress you into opening the app. One gentle reminder a day, if you want it.

Reflection, not therapy

VibeCheck doesn't diagnose, label, or play doctor. It helps you notice patterns — and it speaks in "seems like," not verdicts.

Heavy moments point to real people

If a conversation turns dark, VibeCheck shifts to support-first mode and points to real resources and real humans. An app should know when it's not enough.

The fine print, minus the fine: privacy policy · terms

Fair questions

Is this therapy?

No — and it won't pretend to be. VibeCheck is for noticing how you're actually doing and what moves the needle. When you need more than an app, it points you to real people instead of trying to keep you here.

Is it free?

Completely free during the beta. If that ever changes, beta members hear it from us first — no surprise paywalls on your own feelings.

Who can see my check-ins?

You. That's the list. If you opt into Duet with a friend, they see only your daily vibe title and share line — the stuff you'd post anyway — never your answers.

Android?

iOS first (it's built native, with Apple Health integration). Android is on the roadmap — waitlist members hear about it the moment it's real.

What does the AI actually do?

It turns your check-in into a short, specific read — written from your answers and your recent pattern, nothing else. It runs on our servers, your data isn't used to train anything, and it never diagnoses.

Tomorrow has a vibe.
Be there when it drops.
